Well, Mazda's found the answer, and it's called i-ELOOP. Mazda created a unique regenerative braking system that creates electricity as you slow down, so no energy is wasted while you drive. Instead of charging or recharging a battery, the i-ELOOP system uses a capacitor to store kinetic energy for more efficiency.
