Taste salsa after blending and adjust flavor, adding jalapeño, salt, cilantro, or onion as needed. If adding ingredients, blend mixture again until smooth. Once desired flavor is achieved, serve immediately or transfer salsa to airtight container and refrigerate until ready to enjoy. Place avocado, tomatillos, onion, 1/4 jalapeño, cilantro, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, juice of 1/2 lime, and 3 Tbsp. water (and any optional ingredients you plan to use) in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Taste avocado salsa and add additional salt, pepper, onion, lime juice, or jalapeño to taste. Dice the Roma tomatoes and avocado into small cubes. Chop the red onion, jalapeños, and cilantro into small bits. Mix the above ingredients into a large bowl. Then squeeze the lime juice and sprinkle the salt. Give everything a stir until it's all combined. Pit the avocados and remove the flesh. Peel and wash the tomatillos then cut into quarters. Cut the stem off of the serrano chile. Peel the garlic clove. Add all of the ingredients blender and blend until very smooth.
